SIA Security Officer Level 2 Top Up training
This qualification is designed for anyone who currently holds a licence from the Security Industry Authority (SIA) to work as a Security Guard and need to be brought up to date with the new licence-linked qualifications requirements. It allows them to meet their mandatory top-up requirements for Security Guards to retain their SIA licence. It is based on the relevant SIA specification for learning and qualifications.

• Principles of Terror Threat Awareness in the Private Security Industry (10 Question Multiple Choice Exam)
• Principles of Minimising Personal Risk for Security Officers in the Private Security Industry (16 Question Multiple Choice Exam)

What Does This SIA Security Officer Level 2 Top Up training Requirements?
There are very strict entry requirements, consequently you must produce as proof of identity for the course and examinations your ID and digital photographs will be taken on the first day of training.
Without the specific ID you will NOT BE ALLOWED to take the examination

You need to provide 1 x document group A.
Passport valid
Driving licence
UK original birth certificate 12 months from birth
Group B documents
2 documents x group B. must show your current address
Bank or building society statement from the last 3 months
Utility bill from the last 3 months
Credit card bill from the last 3 months
Council tax statement from the last 12 months
P45 or P60
Do I Need a First Aid Certificate to Enrol in This Training?
You must have Your current First Aid certificate with 12 months remaining and complete the ACT terrorism e-learning both parts Red & Blue.
Is This Door Supervisor Course for Me?
This qualification is designed for anyone who completed their Security Officer Qualification prior to April 2021 in order to renew their licence. If their licence has expired for 3 or more years, the delegate will need to complete the entire Security Officer Qualification again.
